To qualify for a return, all items must be:

Undamaged
In resalable condition
Returned in the original packaging
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and delivery confirmation.

Once the returned item has been received and approved, LeafCat will issue a refund for the original purchase price minus the applicable restocking fee.
Refunds are issued by company check and mailed through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
